Our Story:
The El Paso Council of the Blind (EPCB) began in 2013 with a small group of members. The membership quickly grew and thrived. At present, EPCB members serve at the local and state level in various committees.
Some of our programs include Braille for Badges, sensitivity training for para-transit drivers, Guide Dog meet and greet sessions, Christmas dinner programs, accessible voting awareness, resource information, iPhone and iPad training camps, fundraising activities, monthly meetings and social activities.
